Sunday, March 24 - Camp day

A classic Camp Manitou beach day filled with swimming, snorkeling, bodyboarding, sunshine, sandcastles, tree climbing, friendship, high-fives and general silliness. If you like the beach and playing in the ocean – our beach days in Maui are for you!

We meet at the lobby at 7:30am, cruise slowly from beach to beach in our 8 seater SUVs and finish the day back at the resort at 3:30pm.

Monday, March 25 - Camp day

A classic Camp Manitou beach day filled with swimming, snorkeling, bodyboarding, sunshine, sandcastles, tree climbing, friendship, car tunes, high-fives and general silliness. If you like the beach and playing in the ocean – our beach days in Maui are for you!

We meet at the lobby at 7:30am, cruise slowly from beach to beach in our 8 seater SUVs and finish the day back at the resort at 3:30pm.

Tuesday, March 26 - Camp day

A classic Camp Manitou beach day filled with waterfalls, rock jumping, swimming, bodyboarding, sunshine, sandcastles, tree climbing, friendship, high-fives and general silliness.

We meet at the lobby at 7:30am, cruise slowly from waterfalls to beaches in our 8 seater SUVs and finish the day back at the resort at 3:30pm.

Wednesday, March 27 - Camp day / Surfing lessons

Join the Camp Manitou team and local surfing instructors for surfing lessons for beginners or intermediate campers. Small waves, big boards – our local instructors wait until the last minute to select the perfect surf location for any given day to take the weather/swell into consideration.

After working up an appetite, we’ll find a shady tree to have lunch under, and then head to another beach for some bodyboarding, swimming and beach activities.

Surfing lessons, additional fee $150

8:30 AM: Depart resort
9:30 AM – 11:30 PM: Surfing lessons at Kīhei or wherever the waves are perfect (teachers are local and experienced surf instructors)

Wednesday, March 27 - Evening activity / Haleakalā Sunset

Haleakalā Sunset Trip – $150 includes hot chocolate and snacks.

Join us for one of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever experience. The views on the drive up Haleakalā are almost as good as the sunset itself.

It’s cold up there, so we will settle in with some blankets, hot chocolate, cookies and snacks while we watch the sun go down and the stars come out. This is truly a magical evening.

Thursday, March 28 - Camp day

A coastal drive through West Maui to the magnificent DT Fleming Beach Park. The waves at DT Fleming are incredible for body-surfing and bodyboarding, the sandcastle action here is also something else. If the waves are too big (which they are at times), we will cruise to another stunning beach in West Maui.

Lunch under a shady tree and then ice cream chillout time with friends. If time permits, we may stop into one more beautiful beach close to Kīhei on the way home. Time moves slow with Camp Manitou, so it is nice to have options.

Friday, March 29 - Camp day / Road to Hana

Additional fee for Hana Lava Tube $25

Join us for a day along the world famous and magical Road to Hana. We start this day nice and early so we can shoot to the local favorite Aunty Sandy’s Banana Bread in Ke‘Anae for breakfast.

A short, dark cave hike (with flashlights) through the enormous Hana Lava Tube is a special experience. Formed approximately 960 years ago as a result of molten lava spewing up from underground and flowing toward the ocean.

Banana bread, waterfalls, lush tropical flora, stunning views, lava tubes, black sand beaches, impromptu car-karaoke, friends. What a day!

Saturday, March 30 - Family Adventure Day

Join the Camp Manitou crew and explore Maui with your whole family!

Sit down with the Camp Manitou team and create the perfect day. We will create a completely bespoke itinerary to suit your family; perhaps a beach adventure on the road to Hana, lunch at famous food trucks or a local brewery, family surf lessons, a hiking trip along the Waihe’e Ridge Trail or sunset at Haleakalā Summit.

Don’t let the kids have all of the fun – come experience the adventure for yourselves!

Monday, April 1 - Camp day
